The Process

1. Purchase the service
After purchase, post your controller to us. We will email you our repair address within 24 hours.

2. We repair it
Once your controller arrives, we replace the faulty button parts and fully test the controller.

3. We return it
Your repaired controller is posted back to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48/24/SD.

Important Information

This is a repair service only. You are not buying a controller.

Please include your name, order number, and a brief note describing the fault when sending your controller, for example: “Triangle Button not working” or "R1 has poor response".

This service covers button repairs only. If your controller has other faults, liquid damage, no power, drift, previous repair damage, or any other issues, please contact us before ordering. If your controller cannot be repaired, we will return your controller and refund, minus a £2.99 return shipping fee.
