The Process

1. Purchase the service
After purchase, post your controller to us. We will email you our repair address within 24 hours.

2. We repair it
Once your controller arrives, we replace the charge port and fully test the controller.

3. We return it
Your repaired controller is posted back to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48/24/SD.

Important Information

This is a repair service only. You are not buying a controller.

Please include your name, order number, and a brief note describing the fault when sending your controller, for example: “loose port".

This service covers charge port replacement only. If your controller has other faults, liquid damage, faulty buttons, drift, previous repair damage, or any other issues, please contact us before ordering. If your controller cannot be repaired, we will return your controller and refund, minus a £2.99 return shipping fee.
