The Process

1. Purchase the service
After purchase, post your controller to us. We will email you our address within 24 hours.

2. We Upgrade it
Once your controller arrives, we replace the analog stick module(s) with TMR sticks and fully test the controller.

3. We return it
Your upgraded controller is posted back to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48/24/SD.

This service covers analog stick replacement only. If your controller has faults, liquid damage, no power, damaged buttons, previous repair damage, or any other issues, please contact us before ordering. If your controller cannot be upgraded, we will return your controller and refund, minus a £2.99 return shipping fee.
