The Process

1. Purchase the service
After purchase, post your controller to us. We will email you our repair address within 24 hours.

2. We repair it
Once your controller arrives, we repair / replace the faulty LB / RB buttons and fully test the controller.

3. We return it
Your repaired controller is posted back to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48/24/SD.
