We aim to upgrade / repair your controller and ship it back to you within 48 hours

Process:

1. Purchase the Service and we will send you our repairs address within 24 hours. You then post your controller to us (This postage cost is not included in the price).
2. Once received, we upgrade, calibrate and test your Controller - usual turnaround time is 24-48 hours.
3. We post back via Royal Mail 48 Tracked (Returned Tracked shipping is included in price).
