You send your controller to us, we replace the analog stick module(s), test the controller, and return it to you. The price is the same whether you need both sticks replacing or just one.

The Process
1. Purchase the service
After purchase, post your controller to us. We will email you our repair address within 24 hours.
2. We repair it
Once your controller arrives, we replace the faulty analogue stick module(s) and fully test the controller.
3. We return it
Your repaired controller is posted back to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48/24/SD.
Important Information
This is a repair service only. You are not buying a controller.
Please include your name, order number, and a brief note describing the fault when sending your controller, for example: “left stick drifting” or "both sticks drifting".
This service covers analog stick replacement only. If your controller has other faults, liquid damage, no power, damaged buttons, previous repair damage, or any other issues, please contact us before ordering. If your controller cannot be repaired, we will return your controller and refund, minus a £2.99 return shipping fee.
